Our promise
Do the 8-day Reset program properly. If you're still smoking after finishing it, you get every rupee back. If you fail, we failed. And we're happy to refund you, no hassle.
Your 30 days
Your Day 1 is the day you join the program, which is the day you pay and register after launch. Prebooking does not count as Day 1. Your 30-day money-back guarantee runs for 30 days from that date. You can claim your refund any time within those 30 days, and not after.
The program is easy
Nothing here is hard. Each day, you watch the session videos and do the simple daily exercises. That's all.
Claiming is simple
There are no tricks and no fine print. If you did the program and you're still smoking, email us and we'll take care of it.
How to claim your refund
Email us at resetprogramofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of your joining date. Include:
- Your full name and phone number
- Your joining date
- A line confirming you are still smoking after completing the program
- The UPI ID where you want your refund (it must be in your own name)
What happens next
- We check your daily form submissions and photos.
- We review your claim within 5 working days.
- If approved, we send your refund to your UPI ID within 7 days of approval.
The only condition: do the program properly
We can only refund when the program was actually done as designed. That means:
- You completed all 8 days.
- You did one day's work each day. Day 1 on one day, Day 2 on the next, and so on. You can't do two or more days' work on the same day.
- After each day's work, you submitted that day's check-in form with the photo it asks for.
- Each form and photo was submitted on a different date.
When a refund is rejected
A claim is rejected when the program wasn't done properly. This includes:
- Daily forms or photos that were not submitted
- Forms or photos that were not submitted properly
- Two or more forms or photos submitted on the same date
- A claim made after the 30 days
Reset works because each day builds on the one before it, so every day needs its own day. If your claim is rejected, we'll tell you the reason.
One refund per person
The money-back guarantee can be claimed once per person. Once a refund has been issued, no further refunds will be provided. The same phone number, email or UPI ID is treated as the same person.
Good to know
- Your access to the program ends once a refund is processed.
- Payment gateway fees on the original payment may not be returned by the payment provider.
- If a claim is unclear, we may ask you for clarification. Claims with missing or false information may be declined.
